  4. Hey everyone, so I remember that the improved design will have a light gage steel wall on one side of the structure. Will you be assembling that as well? Where is all the steel coming from down there? Just curious, because I wish I was going so bad, I feel like I'm not finishing up the job I started with Kay, Megan, and Ben for our Senior Project.

  5. Hey Brendan,

Yes we are putting together the light gauge steel wall. I believe most of the steel is manufactured in Costa Rica and we will be purchasing it from the local steel supplier Ferromax. We chose steel because its about a third of the cost of lumber studs. Its a little tough to find just because the language barrier makes it hard to find the right gauge and type, but Chris went down in July to find some suppliers. The waterproofing on that will be interesting, but we will learn as we go. Thanks for staying involved and interested and feel free to ask anymore questions you would like. Thanks!
